Azure Traffic Manager Deprecated

Hi,

I use the Traffic Manager for some of our sites, but today when I add a new profile, it always has a degraded status.

Analyzing the NGINX logs, the request is not reaching any of our servers.

I don't believe it's configuration, as the other profiles are working (and some pointing to the same servers).

I did the troubleshooting as described here and it always returns 200.

Using this article, I tried to enable logs, but no file is created in storage:

I'm lost :)
Because other profiles using the same endpoint are online, and the Traffic Manager configuration is simple, nothing complex and it doesn't work.

I really appreciate any help.

Thank you for reaching out.
We will need to take a look at diagnostic logs in order to determine the cause here.
I understand you have already followed the documentation here to enable diagnostic logging and store them in a storage account. Initially there can be a slight delay is populating the logs. Can you please confirm if you are still unable to view the logs? Thank you!

To troubleshoot the exact issue I think we will need specialized 1:1 session, where a support engineer can have a screen share session to pin point the issue. Thank you for getting back.

Traffic Manager does not interact with any HTTPS traffic from the client. The client performs the necessary SSL/TLS handshake with the application service endpoint directly. This documented on point number 8 here.

Issue was solved by changing TLSv3 to TLSv2. There is nothing in the documentation stating which SSL/TLS versions are supported, interesting to add for future references.
