NEW OUTLOOK "Group into conversations" not working for Shared Mailbox

Hi everyone,

Can someone advise if in the version: "Microsoft Outlook Version 1.2023.516.100 (Production)" we can set the view in Shared Mailboxes to "Group into conversations". It is showing that it is enabled but not working.

What seems like is that you cant change the view in the shared mailbox at the moment.

Does someone know if this is possible? I really hate the "Show messages separately" and I want to keep using the new Outlook as I prefer it over the old one, I have already tried to take it out and put it again but not working.

Worth to mention this is the New Outlook not the old one and that the feature is working ok in my inbox but not in the shared mailbox:

I'm sorry to bring you a bad experience.

Since the development of shared mailbox is still in progress, and the function is not perfect. As a workaround, you can switch back to the classic Outlook by clicking the toggle button in the top right corner of the window.

Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future, and I have submitted this feedback, you can vote via this link

Hi all
After driving myself crazy, I found a workaround that is acceptable to me. All the features that work wrong are related to shared email in my case: group per conversation, notification of new email, quick action, rules and so on. I opened a separate outlook owa on my browser selecting the shared email address as shown in the attached image and this allows me to have split tabs for each shared address I manage and have the notifications working properly. I hope it can alleviate from this incomprehensible lack of functionality that was perfect in the old outlook instead.
