What type of login does the new sharepoint migration tool need?

I've got a SharePoint 2019 on-prem server in production, and I need to migrate workflows from it to SharePoint Online. According to the SharePoint Migration Tool public preview, it can do just that. After installing it, I'm prompted for my MS login, which is no problem. When I get to the part where you can select "Workflows", and enter a source URL, I'm prompted for another login, but there's no indication as to what login the app wants - Active Directory, Microsoft, or any other type.

Here's the popup:

I've tried both AD and MS logins, but both give "invalid login/password" errors.

Any ideas?

    Hi @Phillips, Keith ,

It is the username and password to the SharePoint Server site; it can be UserID or user email.
