I created an email signature in Word and want to paste the same formatting into Outlook 2023. is this possible? I tried ctrl-c and ctrl-v but that doesn't keep the same source formatting.

Select all (ctrl+a) and copy (ctrl+c). Go back to the signature editor in Outlook and paste the contents. When you paste, right click and choose "Keep Source Formatting" under paste options.

An additional article: Change the message format to HTML, Rich Text Format, or plain text

Besides, create a new profile and test if the issue continues.

If above doesn't help, try repairing office form control panel.
