How to Turn Off File Collaboration in OneDrive ?

After turn on " File Collaboration " this option is disapear in setting on OneDrive.

I want to turn it off .

We have the same problem. I cannot follow all the talk of Group Policy. I discovered there is a file called "global.ini" in "%localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\settings\Business1". It is a text file which you edit thru Notepad. Quit OneDrive, edit that file and look out for

CoAuthEnabledUserSetting = true

Set the flag to "false". Restart OneDrive. You should now see the missing File Collaboration toggle under Settings/Advanced.

Open Run (either search or Windows button + R) and navigate to "%localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\settings\Business1".

Look for the file "global.ini". It is a text file which you edit thru a text editor (Notepad, Notepad++, Textpad, etc).

Open the file via the text editor.

Look for CoAuthEnabledUserSetting = true and set the flag to "false".

Restart OneDrive. You should now see the missing File Collaboration toggle under Settings/Advanced.

Note: You may need to set the file "global.ini" to read only after changing the parameter, otherwise it may change it back to “true” once OneDrive is launched.
