Apostrophe becoming "&#39"

Hello,

When using Sendinblue to send an email, one character has a display bug in Outlook that we don't see in other mailboxes.

The apostrophe character becomes &#39 which is a problem because the email has to be delivered to our customers.

For the moment, we're getting round the problem by changing the text, but we'll have to solve this bug at some point anyway.

Do you have any solutions?

Thanks for your help

    Hi @Arnaud VERLINDEN ,

According to my research, this can happen when smart quotes are copied from a program like Word into a web browser. The smart quotes are using an UTF-8-character set and your Outlook doesn't support this setting.
