Hello Team,

Can you advise if retention policies for exchange online mailboxes, ODfB and MS Teams chat are included in m365 business premium?
I am looking to retain these locations for 10 yr to be able to retrieve them if a user deletes it using eDiscovery.

Microsoft 365 Business Premium includes retention policies for Exchange Online mailboxes, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams chat.

A similar thread has been discussed here

for your other question, if a user deletes content that is subject to a retention policy, the content will still be retained according to the retention policy.
