Can not load cloud shell

I'm getting the following error:

-Unable to start the Cloud Shell.

So far I've followed all the steps from the troubleshoot guide but I'm still unable to access the Microsoft Learn sandbox

    Azure Cloud Shell needs access to manage resources. Access is provided through namespaces that must be registered to your subscription. If you are using the sandbox make sure you activate the Sandbox. Follow this guide

    @Zenzo Jr Brian Maeza , Adding to Taiwo's suggestions. As mentioned in this doc -Troubleshooting common training issues in Microsoft Learn

    You need to have third-party cookies enabled in your browser. Take a look at the suggestions outlined for other browser (that you're using), to enable them.

    Edge - go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies > Don't block cookies
    Firefox - go to Tools > Options > Privacy > Accept Third-party Cookies

    If you haven't done this already, try clearing your browser's cache/cookies, or sign-in with an incognito window.
