How to best contact AAD Support without being able to login (user or admin)

I foolishly applied a conditional access policy that is blocking all users and admins from signing into the tenant. I know exactly where I went wrong and I need MS to disable or set to report only a specific CA policy so that I can sign in and fix.

Is there a specific support channel or phone for tenant recovery or AAD support that I can use without logging in?

    I understand that you mistakenly applied your Conditional Access policy blocking all users and admins from signing into your Azure AD tenant. Since this is a locked-out scenario and all of your users and admins aren't able to login, you can reach out to the Global Customer Service team or the Azure Data Protection team for further assistance - (866-807-5850) in regaining access to your tenant.

    For future reference, I'd also recommend creating and managing an emergency access account in Azure AD, this will help prevent being accidentally locked out of your Azure AD tenant for any reason.
