I have the "New Outlook" , version 1.2023.526.100 / client version 20230526012.07

On my Inbox, I only have the unread email count. What can I do to display the total email count, like it happened in the old outlook?

    Hi @Rafael Lopes Duarte Barros

I'm sorry to bring you a bad experience, viewing email counts is currently not supported in the New Outlook for Windows.

As a workaround, you can switch back to the classic Outlook at any time by clicking the toggle button in the top right corner of the window.

Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future. Microsoft team has already collected this feedback, you can vote via this link.

I don't understand why it was not included. Seems like basic info. Hopefully they don't force the new outlook soon. It's missing so many feature I use daily

I am annoyed by this as well. I always display the total # of items, how else can you control your inbox?
