Hello all.

I am configuring MAM-WE in Intune but getting this error

Client app is a Mam app, device is not registered and request is sent using a broker. Work place join needs to be done to register the device before the app can be accessed.

@Siya Kumari, Thanks for posting in Q&A.

The error message you are receiving indicates that you are attempting to access a mobile application management (MAM) app on a device that has not yet been registered. To resolve this issue, you need to make sure that your device is registered with Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) or that a broker app is installed on your device. If you are using an iOS device, you will need to install the Microsoft Authenticator app. On Android devices, you will need to install the Company Portal app. After installation, you will need to perform work place join to register the device before you can access the app. For more information on MAM configurations in Intune, please refer to the Microsoft documentation provided below.
