How do I know if I set up my Sandbox / Learn correctly. I do not see Powershell.

How do I know if I sent up my Learn Sandbox correctly?
As an example, I'm following Exercise - Create an Azure Virtual Machine. When I start the exercise, I don't have a sandbox activates so my screen looks like this:
If you click on "Activate sandbox", you may be prompted to verify permissions and then you'll see a progress bar as the sandbox is created. Once sign-in is complete, you'll see a sandbox with CLI like this:
If you don't get to the CLI/PowerShell, let us know as you may be running into a sandbox related issue.

I did all of the above but I don't see the CLI Powershell on the right side.
@Pesko, Brian, are you unable to successfully sign in? A number of people have reported a sign-in issue which is currently being investigated:
I believe I was signed in correctly. See attached screen shot.

Thank you for the screenshot, @Pesko, Brian (I've attached it again here below as an image). This is the sign in issue which the sandbox team is currently working to address. Typically this only appears on accounts with older email addresses (like Hotmail) or merged accounts so a temporary workaround may be to use a different account. I know that's not ideal and I'm reporting this on the tracking thread so that hopefully this will be resolved soon.
I am in AZ-900 and get the following error when trying to create a VM. How do I find out what the error is?
