Is that possible to list devices' BIOS versions in Intune Device view? I can add many extra different device attributes to be displayed in columns in Device > Windows devices, but the BIOS version appears to be not there to list. I just wondering why! The BIOS version is listed when clicking on Monitor > Hardware under each Device name.

The reason why I want that is to get an at-a-glance view of all devices' bios versions and update out-of-date devices.

Thanks.

Woody

@Woody Chiu at RASI, Thanks for posting in Q&A.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to list the devices' BIOS versions in Intune Device view. As per the user's observation, the BIOS version appears to be missing in the column display options in Intune Devices for Windows devices. However, the BIOS version is listed when clicking on Monitor > Hardware under each device name. The user can use this feature to get an at-a-glance view of all devices' BIOS versions and update out-of-date devices.

Alternatively, the user can also generate a device inventory report in Intune to get a comprehensive list of device information, which includes the BIOS version. To generate the report, the user can navigate to Devices view and select the Export all tab to download a comma-delimited file. The file includes various device properties including the BIOS version.
