Sandbox not launching even though I am signed in and module activated

Hello, I am working on Azure fundamentals and the sandbox is not launching and it is stuck on this: "Sign in with your account.

If your account doesn't have a registered Learn profile, this process will complete that for you." even though I am signed in.

    Hello Josh,

    Try clearing your cache or log-in to a browser in Private Mode/Incognito mode (depending on your browser of choice).

    If this doesn't work, do you mind posting a screenshot of the error?

    Why am I stuck on "Sign in with your account" when I try to activate a sandbox?
