We want to manage Windows 10 devices in intune as Azure AD Joined devices through autopilot and have these devices receive configurations and applications through the enterprise portal.

So far all our computers were one-user-one-device type. But we have a case with same computer is managed by two users (morning shift and afternoon shift employee).

We see that Intune detects the first user logged in as the main user and the second user for example does not install the enterprise portal, not many configurations are applied to them.

I was wondering what would be the correct way to enroll a PC with multiple users can log in and all with enterprise portal and configurations correctly.

Thanks.

@Diego Ramírez, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, it seems there's one device shared by two users. And one user can not receive the configuration policy. For the configuration policy, you can assign to device group instead to receive the policy.

For shared device, you can consider share device mode. Here is a link with more details for your reference:

    Hope it can help.
