As mentioned in the document, have you had a chance to check the Policies hive as well to see if there's a BlockHTTPimages
key?
Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\policies\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common
DWORD: BlockHTTPimages
Value: 1
If it exists, try to delete the BlockHTTPimages
key there and check the result.
(Note: If the registry value is located under the Policies hive, it may have been configured by Group Policy. If it was configured by Group Policy, it will be restored when this policy is refreshed on the computer. Your administrator must change the policy to change this setting.)
If the BlockHTTPimages
key is not there either, please go to Internet Options, make sure the Internet Explorer Security setting Do not save encrypted pages to disk is disabled. See the document below for detailed instructions:
