Missing SmartDesign objects when saving document as PDF

Question

Hi All,

I have encounter an issue when converting my document into PDF via saving as PDF.
Some of the images specifically SmartDesign Objects are missing after converting to PDF.
I have already ticked the Display options "Print drawings created in Word"

Hi,

I cannot reproduce your problem, I suggest you go to File- Account and provide the version number here:

I also suggest you check if the print preview is also available for the shape.

Then you can try to copy or create a new Word document with the shape and check the result.
