How to associates my Corporate id with my personal account

Question

However when I tried to log on Microsoft certification link its allowing, but when do click on Pearson It asking for credentials to enter to schedule certification it not using (Single Sign on) my Corp ID to schedule saying error msg use Microsoft acc to login, Then I used my Personal acc to logon and scheduled the exam and now competed as well, Now How to associate with my Corporate ID with my personal account
