It is not possible to activate Windows 10 using a Windows 11 key. However, if you have a retail version of Windows 11, youcan use the product key to perform a clean installation of Windows 10 and activate it with the same key. You would need to create a bootable USB drive with the Windows 10 installation media and perform a clean install of Windows 10.
