Azure app service cannot send email using azure email communication service

Hi,

We want to send email by using azure email service, it works perfectly fine in local, but when using app service to host the backend email sending feature, we cannot receive any email, and the status is still 200, no error either. Can you please help?

    Thanks for reaching here! You may want to know that the success result returned by polling for the status of the send operation only validates the fact that the email has successfully been sent out for delivery.

    To get additional information about the status of the delivery on the recipient end, you will need to reference how to handle email events.
