Azure 서비스 사용 중이던 계정의 2차 인증

회사에서 운영 중이던 레거시 서비스를 중단하려고 로그온하니 다음과 같이 보안 코드 입력 문제가 있었고

해당 계정의 이메일은 폐기된 이메일이여서 새 보안 정보를 입력했는데

새 보안 정보를 업데이트하려니 1달이라는 시간을 기다려야 하네요.

마땅한 문의처도 없고 당장 서비스를 중단 해야 하는데 어떻게 해야 하나요?

If you are the only global admin on the account and are blocked entirely, you can reach out to the Azure Data Protection team to restore access. 866-807-5850

Also, for the future, you can create an emergency access account (break glass) in Azure AD. This account will help prevent being accidentally locked out of your Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) organization because you can't sign in for any reason. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/roles/security-emergency-access
