I have no clue I can not delete the subscription, I made myself a couple of months ago. It just gives me this message:

Request access through subscription owners
While you have access to manage billing for this subscription, you don't have access to Azure RBAC. The access is required to manage resources, cancel and re-enable a subscription. Contact an existing Azure RBAC owner of this subscription to gain access. See the link below for more information:

    If you are the only global admin on the account and are blocked entirely, you can reach out to the Azure Data Protection team to restore access. 866-807-5850

    Also, for the future, you can create an emergency access account (break glass) in Azure AD. This account will help prevent being accidentally locked out of your Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) organization because you can't sign in for any reason. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/roles/security-emergency-access

    @Bruce van de Ven

    Adding on @Anonymous suggestion, I just reviewed your screenshot and it shows that you are a cost management and billing administrator on the subscription.

    • I would recommend to add your self as an owner of the subscription. PFB GIF for steps:

    Thanks for thinking with me everyone, but the problem magically solved itself! I was opening it the other day and everything I tried to remove was gone. I think it had to do with Azure Portal being slow in being up-to-date.
