Migration Manager Error - Errors or timeout for Server Processing the file:Job Fatal Error

Hello,

I have been performing migrations of Home Drives to OneDrives and have users missing a large amount of files from the destination. Upon checking reports, this error is being produced: Errors or timeout for Server Processing the file:Job Fatal Error

Please can you confirm how to remediate this?
