Hi, I want to know how to set a configuration profiles in Intune to have 2 different email setup for 2 different group. I want Intune team to help to ensure we have correct set up. How can I do that? Is it possible? Ty

@pleasehelpKyle, To set up multiple email configurations using Intune. You can create different configuration profiles for each email setup and assign them to separate groups of devices or users. Here are the steps to create configuration profiles in Intune:

1. Sign in to the Microsoft Intune admin center.
2. Select Devices > Configuration profiles > Create profile.
3. Select the platform of your devices (Android, iOS, iPadOS, Windows 10 or later).
4. Select Email as the profile type.
5. Enter a name and description for the profile.
6. Configure the email settings for the first group under Configuration settings.
7. Select Next and then assign the profile to the first group of users or devices under Assignments.
8. Repeat steps 2-7 for the second group, but configure the email settings for their specific email setup in Configuration settings.
9. Assign the second profile to the second group of users or devices under Assignments.

By creating separate configuration profiles for each group, you can ensure that the correct email settings are applied to the correct devices or users. You can also add or remove groups from the assignments of each profile if necessary.
