how do I insert a 2nd sheet with the same format that I have on the first sheet?

    I'd recommend you duplicate the same tab by right click > Move or Copy > Create a copy > OK:

    Hi,

    This is a very simple way-

    1. Select the first sheet by clicking on its tab at the bottom of the Excel window.
    2. Press and hold the Ctrl key on your keyboard.
    3. While holding the Ctrl key, drag the selected sheet tab to the right of the existing sheets. This will create a copy of the first sheet.
    4. Release the Ctrl key and the mouse button to drop the copied sheet in the desired position.
    5. The newly inserted sheet will have the same formatting as the first sheet.
