Hello

Im running into an issue with users that are not able to use the "read alloud" feature in microsoft word. Upon further investigation it seems that this is related to windows 10 "Voice Packages" not bieng installed.

This is the error message

The solution is to install a voice package. However I have 250+ users that all need voice packages installed.

I have done extensive research and found that its possible to install "Language Packages" but this is not what I want. I need a way to remotely install "Voice Packages"

Is there a way to do this?

Thank you

    Hi,

Could you provide the detail version of Office and Windows?

What's the language of Office did you use?

Go to File- options- Language and check if the preferred language is the same as system language.

Then I also suggest you disable all add-ins in Word and see if Read Aloud works.

Just checking in to see if the information was helpful. Please let us know if you would like further assistance.
