Azure AD B2C tenant, missing App registrations link on left nav

I am using Visual Studio subscription , I have created Azure Active Directory and also created Azure AD B2C tenant.

When I Select Azure Active Directory I am able to see App registrations link on left nav,

but when select Azure AD B2C tenant I am not able to see App registrations link.

Any suggestions helpful.

    I figured it out , I have to switch the Directory and get into AD B2C tenant. Thank you.
