Azure active directory user add issue

Hello,

I created a Azure account using my work email. Once I created account, i see different user with Microsoft account from our organization in Active directory. Now I try to create new user but it doesn't let me create new user. I am not sure How i can make myself Admin. Or how do I find the user who has Admin access. I dont think anyone has Azure admin access as I am the only one who started exploring Azure. Uploaded the screen shot.

Thank you for reaching out. I understand that you would like to know who is the Global Admin on your companies Azure AD Tenant. I would request you to please follow below steps to get more details:

Browse to Azure AD Admin Center or Azure Portal.
Select Roles and Admin.
Search and Select Global Administrator Role.
You should be able to see the users with Global Admin Role.

Thanks Harpreet for your answer, I see multiple Microsoft account in Azure portal even person didn't created Azure account. Will Azure fetching accunt details from office 365 or another MS service?

If your organization has a paid subscription to Microsoft 365, you might also have a free Azure AD subscription, As Microsoft 365 uses Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) to manage user identities behind the scenes. Microsoft 365 subscription includes a free Azure AD subscription. For instructions to register/use your free Azure AD subscription, see use your free Azure AD subscription.

With regards to Admin details, you can use the steps listed in previous comment.

I think you misunderstood my question, why am i seeing other users in the Azure under Active Directory > user even though no one has created azure account. Does Azure fetch user details from another Microsoft service?

Azure AD does not fetches user details from any other Microsoft Service like Xbox or Microsoft Live Account.

Microsoft Azure AD is a backbone for Office 365 User Identity management, so user with Office 365 license/account from same domain should be visible. If there are users with different domain, then they might have been invited to your tenant either by an admin or any other users within the tenant.

Thank you for your queries, PFB answers in line:

Once I created account, I see different user with Microsoft account from our organization in Active directory.

This could have been if you would have invited the users as guest to your tenant.

Or if your work account (is associated with another Azure AD tenant probably your organizations tenant). Kindly validate by navigating to directories + subscriptions.

If you feel that the tenant does not have any one else as admin then follow Take over an unmanaged directory as administrator in Azure Active Directory for becoming the admin.
