Hello,

I created a Azure account using my work email. Once I created account, i see different user with Microsoft account from our organization in Active directory. Now I try to create new user but it doesn't let me create new user. I am not sure How i can make myself Admin. Or how do I find the user who has Admin access. I dont think anyone has Azure admin access as I am the only one who started exploring Azure. Uploaded the screen shot.

    @SHAH, Dhavalkumar

    Thank you for your queries, PFB answers in line:

    • Once I created account, I see different user with Microsoft account from our organization in Active directory.

    This could have been if you would have invited the users as guest to your tenant.

    Or if your work account (is associated with another Azure AD tenant probably your organizations tenant). Kindly validate by navigating to directories + subscriptions.

    • I try to create new user but it doesn't let me create new user. I am not sure How i can make myself Admin. Or how do I find the user who has Admin access?

    If you feel that the tenant does not have any one else as admin then follow Take over an unmanaged directory as administrator in Azure Active Directory for becoming the admin.

    Please do let me know if you have any further queries.

    Thanks,
