Message display issue in Outlook

Exchange server 2019. Outlook 2019.

In Outlook, new messages show up listing my name instead of the sender's name above the subject.

OWA shows the sender's name correctly on messages.

New Outlook profile on new computer has same issue.

    The Solution:
    To change the Outlook client display view, please do as follows:

    1. Click Change View under the View tab.
    2. Select Compact View.
