OneNote:problem of the link function

There was a problem with the link function of OneNote.

I set a link to a file in a folder on the corporate network for a word in the sentence, but since June 27, the link has stopped opening.

If I paste the link in Explorer, I can access it normally, so there seems to be no problem with the original folder or file.

Also, links to websites can be opened.

Inconvenience occurs only for links with folders on the corporate network.

Do you have any countermeasures?

OneNote can be automatically synchronized every time you edit, and other people's edits will be reflected each time.

    Hi,

Did you get any error message?

What version of OneNote and Windows did you use?

I suggest you try to create a new link and check if the new link works.

Please provide the detail version of OneNote and Windows here, so that I can get more accurate solutions to this problem. I’m glad to help and follow up your reply.

I'm able to "open" the links by adding "file://" in front of the explorer link, but now I get "access denied" whenever I try to open files. It's super annoying, especially since I could do this in OneNote 2016 and was recently upgraded by my office IT department :(
