Microsoft Fabric

We have a paid Azure account with a virtual machine. I provisioned Azure Fabric for studying purposes, but I didn't actually use anything, just provisioned the resource. After a few days, I noticed a charge of approximately R$800. I immediately deleted Fabric. Is this some kind of billing bug with Fabric?
