I get authorization failed error when creating "Azure Resource manager" service connection

I am not able to create "Azure Resource manager" service connection in my project. I have already changed my role as contributor/Owner for my subscription. still I get an error saying authorization failed.

    Hello @prem kumar

    I suppose your are using this article to create "Azure Resource manager" service connection

    You must assign proper Azure roles to your Service Principal or to Manage Identity azure resources as per this article.
