@Angelyn O'Brien, Thanks for posting in Q&A. Based on my researching, I didn't find the policy to set the NTP server.
To clarify the issue, please check the following information:
- Did our issue only affect with Zebra devices? For other Android device, did they have the issue?
- For the Zebra device, if it is not enrolled, will it has the issue?
After researching, it seems the setting can be checked via Android code. Maybe you can contact the device manufacture or Android support to check on the time sync issue:
