When I tried to redirect my Documents folder to another drive, it gave me this error: "Can’t move the folder because there is a folder in the same location that can’t be redirected. Access is denied." I've tried changing the access through the properties > security. It didn't help.

    Hi,

Did the folder sync in OneDrive?

I suggest you check if you have turned on the auto backup option from OneDrive settings, you should turn off the option to move folder, I suggest you follow these steps and check if it will help:
