    You mentioned that you are receiving error code 135011. This is a Microsoft 365 error that can occur when you try to sign in or activate Microsoft 365 apps. Without more context around your environment, it may be harder to diagnose this issue, but the error you mentioned typically occurs if the device was either deleted or disabled in Azure AD, and the action was not initiated for the device itself.

    As detailed in the troubleshooting guide, the admin needs to do the following to resolve this error:

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal.
    2. Select Azure Active Directory > Devices.
    3. Examine the disabled devices list in Devices, by searching on the username or device name.
    4. Select the device, and then select Enable.

    The CAA20003 error likely has the same root cause (disabled device) as the 135011 error, but can also occur if you are using Teams and the user does not have the right license or is not a member of the group that licenses the user for Teams.
