Currently I am assisting in the process of finding an file management software that will be able to support an abundance of files, most of which are in pdf format. We are looking for a software that is easy to use, provides simple organization practices, allows easy input of files into the file archive, and has an advanced search engine for finding desired files. We have an abundance of different files that we are hoping to archive so an uncomplicated document migration process is desired.
We are a medium sized company that would at maximum have 5 users that are able to edit and modify data, however we would have many 'read only users'. Additionally, we are hoping for a software that is hosted by a cloud base and can be integrated with Microsoft Office as well.
Please let me know if our needs correlate with any of Azure's services.
