How do I install a specific build of Visual Studio Professional 2017?

Question

Apparently it is possible to install an older build of a specific Visual Studio 2017 version, however a relevant bootstrapper needs to be provided. There are only 3 available bootstrappers for download according to all possible accessible documentation and microsoft support. It appears there is no supported way to clone or copy an existing installation either. Upgrading to a later version is not an option. What do I do to resolve this issue without having to restructure my working environment in a complicated and drawn out process?

Yes, all previous available bootstrappers for VS 2017 Professional are listed here: Installing the earlier release.

I noticed that you want to double confirm this with product team but failed to sign in Developer Community. I have helped submit a ticket, here’s the link, you can follow up that thread, add comments, and wait for the latest information.

BTW, may I know if there's any detailed particular reason for not installing the latest version of VS 2017, and need a previous version?
