Hello @Martijn van Peer ,
one option would be Partner Center. The account you create when you register with Partner Center is your business email address and business information.
After you create an account in Partner Center, you can set up your company's full profile, including support details, tax exemptions (if applicable), and primary contact information.
Your company's account also includes user accounts for everyone on your team. Tasks include adding or managing customers, selling subscriptions, working with billing and invoicing, creating business profiles, managing referrals, working with incentive programs, providing support, and more.
Below you will learn how to consolidate multiple Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) clients for your organization and then add and manage them in your Partner Center account. There are many reasons for this such as:
- Suppose your Contoso company has acquired another company, Fabrikam. You want the two companies to remain separate, but you want the new employees to be able to use Partner Center. In this case, you map the new company's Azure AD tenant to your global partner account (PGA). This mapping allows users in both companies to work in Partner Center.
- If you run your business with more than one client (for example, contoso.com, contoso.uk, and contoso.in), you can use multi-tenancy to group them in the same PC account.
- If merger and acquisition policies require you to work with clients from both companies, use both constoso.com and fabrikam.com clients.
- Users of either client must be able to do the following:
Access Partner Center for training, digital downloads, or microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
Be assigned Partner Center roles, such as Microsoft Cloud Partner Program Administrator or Incentives Administrator.
To add an Azure AD tenant to your account:
- Log in to Partner Center as a global administrator and select the Settings icon (gear).
- Select Account Settings, and then select Clients.
- Select Map Azure AD, and then specify the tenant you want to map.
- At the prompt, log in as a global administrator to the tenant you want to map, and then select Confirm. After you confirm the assignment, the message All set appears.
- Select Back to Client Management to display the newly added client.
Please note: You cannot assign a client to an account if it is already assigned to another Partner Center account.
Another option would be Microsoft 365 Lighthouse. Microsoft 365 Lighthouse is a management portal that helps Managed Service Providers (MSPs) secure and manage devices, data and users at scale for SMB clients.
Lighthouse simplifies customer client onboarding by recommending security configuration baselines tailored to SMB customers and providing multi-instance views for all customer environments. With Lighthouse, MSPs can scale the management of their clients, focus on what matters most, quickly find and investigate risks, and take action to bring their clients to a flawless and secure state.
There are no additional costs associated with using Lighthouse to manage Microsoft 365 services and connected devices. Lighthouse is available to MSPs enrolled in the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program that serve SMB customers. This includes CSP partners who transact directly with Microsoft and those who transact through an indirect provider (distributor).
If this is helpful, please accept the answer. Thank you.
