Azure AD Connect - Cannot install after uninstallation

Question

We have been running a Windows Server 2019 in hybrid mode with Azure AD Connect since around February of this year. There were no real issues whatsoever with Azure or the server itself until June where sync error became to pop into our emails.

Upon openning the Azure AD Connect client I was face with an upgrade message which would continuously with errors such as "there is already a new version installed", and so upon opening the client it kept going to that page where and was effectively stuck into the upgrade screen.

So the AAD Connect client was uninstalled and reinstalled, the installer itself gave no warning only when it opened the client automaticly it came stuck to the first picture and now everytime it is opened again it goes to that same error. Here is the picture :
