Azure AD Connect Sync Service is not running

Hello all,

I've been receiving the error for several weeks and this happened every off my working hours means I did nothing. Sometimes once a week, sometimes it is twice a month, and only after 3 to 5 minutes I'm receiving another email that it has been "RESOLVED". In addition, As I checked the Event Viewer, there's event id 609 "Password Hash Synchronization service has stopped".

    Hi Emerson,

    Easiest fix for the isssue that you are having is to update the version of your AAD connect. That should resolve your issue. You have multiple options for updgrade without having any system impact, take a look at below link for AAD connect upgrade instructions and options.
