On Outlook for Mac upgrade, account was lost

My email account stopped receiving email on my Outlook O365 on my mac. I'm getting emails on my phone via Mac Mail. I restarted Outlook and was prompted to update to sync my account with the cloud. I did, and only one out of my two email accounts showed up. I can't add the other account and I've checked all the server and passwords to match the other account.
