My name is Johnathan Stephens/IT Support for Tucker Powersports. Unfortunately, one of the user's within the organization is experiencing issues with accessing MS Outlook. It was previously working, and all of a sudden started producing the below error messages for the user. How do we get this resolved and regain access to the Outlook application without error? Thanks

    Hi @Johnathan Stephens ,

Errors have been detected in the file C:\Users\kchatman\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook******@**********.com.ost.

This error means that corruption is detected in your offline Outlook Data File (.ost).

To resolve this issue, delete your .ost file and that you let Outlook redownload the information from the server that is running Microsoft Exchange Server.

    1. Close Outlook.
    2. Browse to the following location: %localappdata%\Microsoft\outlook
    3. Find the .ost file that the error message reported to have errors, and then delete it.
    4. Start Outlook.
