Thank you for your post!
Error:
AADSTS700016: Application with identifier 'https://sts.windows.net/xxxxxx/' was not found in the directory 'Default Directory'. This can happen if the application has not been installed by the administrator of the tenant or consented to by any user in the tenant. You may have sent your authentication request to the wrong tenant.
I understand that you followed the Azure Active Directory integration with Adobe Experience Manager documentation to set-up and configure Azure AD SSO, but when trying to login you ran into the AADSTS700016 error message. To hopefully help point you in the right direction or resolve your issue, I'll share my findings along with some troubleshooting steps below.
Findings:
- Based off your screenshots, I can see that you installed / added the Adobe Experience Manager from the Azure AD Enterprise Apps gallery. However, when referencing your error message
...or consented to by any user in the tenant, can you make sure that you assigned an Azure AD user to your Adobe Experience Manager Application? You can do this by going to the Adobe Experience Manager Enterprise application and checking if there are any users listed under theUsers and groupstab.
Note: If you the Assignment Required option is set to yes, then users and other apps or services must first be assigned this application before being able to access it.
I hope this helps! If you're still having issues logging-in after assigning a user to your Adobe Experience Manager app, please let me know.
Thank you for your time and patience throughout this issue.
