As you can see all the properties are grayed out, this is how it looks even on the highest-permission admin accounts. Any ideas?

    Hi

where are your users being sourced from? This looks like a users that has been synchronized from an On-Premises Active Directory environment.

If so, you need to make changes at the source environment as no changes are allowed in Azure AD.

    Hope this helps,

    Thanks

    Hello @Robert Piperno !

    Yes please use the Portal

    Azure AD

If the users are Synced then you can only change the properties via On Premises Active Directory

Otherwise, if they are not Synced Status you must be Global Administrator or User Administrator on Azure

    I hope this helps!
