I want to collect Microsoft Viva data using Microsoft Graph. Could I do this?

What about Viva insights? I see here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/overview-major-services#people-and-workplace-intelligence that I can get Viva insights via Microsoft Graph, can I use https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/resources/iteminsights?view=graph-rest-beta for this? Because I see that there are insights only from OneDrive for Business and SharePoint.

Also we use application token, I can get learningContent https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/resources/learningcontent?view=graph-rest-1.0, but to get learningContent I need to know learningProviderId and at the same time I can't get learningProviderIds with application token. What use case is there for this?

On the other hand, considering that you have problem about Graph, please kindly understand that i mainly focus on general issues about Viva Insight and know little about Graph, i'm afraid that you need to create a new case about Graph for more professional suggestions.
