What role is needed to access the Intune Admin Center?

Currently trying to access the Intune Admin Center at endpoint.microsoft.com. I have the Microsoft Hardware Warranty Specialist role active, but I can't access the site itself on my admin account. My standard account can access it just fine, but I can't manage support tickets there. I suspect my admin account requires a specific role or group, but I can't see any groups that stand out when comparing it to my normal account.

Anyone know what could be causing this access-issue?

@Sebastian H, Thanks for posting in Q&A. For the Intune Admin Center, based as i know, Azure AD user can login but can't view much information. In Intune, there are some built-in roles with specific permission you can assign to users to let them to manage Intune or you can create custom role according to your requirement. Here is a link with more details for the reference:

    Hope it can help.
