Authenticator app lost - cannot sign into my Azure account

I lost my phone with the Authenticator app. My business Azure account was the administrator account, so there is no one I can ask to remove the 2FA. Is there a way to log in again?

I had paired my account with my EV certificate. I need it to sign hardware drivers. Since it is not possible to use that certificate within a second Azure account, my certificate becomes worthless if I cannot login to my old account anymore.

On the other hand, I can proove my legitimation with that certificate, and I have access to the contact mail adress of the Azure account. How can I reset the 2FA to login again?

    If you are the only global admin on the account and are blocked entirely, you can reach out to the Azure Data Protection team to restore access. 866-807-5850

    Also, for the future, you can create an emergency access account (break glass) in Azure AD. This account will help prevent being accidentally locked out of your Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) organization because you can't sign in for any reason. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/roles/security-emergency-access
