Accessing XML API using Azure Logic app

Hi Team,

I have an Azure Logic app which is getting called through trigger - when a resource event occurs -

Need help on below points -

If possible, please provide me link for a logic app where trigger is as defined above.
If possible, please provide me link to access an API from a logic app where request and response are in XML.
