Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
Please try to remove all accounts from Help => Register Visual Studio(or from start window when you launch VS), click Sign out option to sign out Visual Studio and use the correct account to sign in two different versions of VS again.
Also please try to rename this folder => C:\Users\user name\AppData\Local\.IdentityService
, in case the issue is caused by cache files.
Besides, is there any relationship between your two accounts? Maybe they are managed by the same platform?
