    Hi @Cristian Perez

If you want to upload a custom app to Teams, please make sure the app meets the following conditions:

a.Ensure to create your app package and validate it for errors.

b.Enable custom app uploading in Teams.

c.Ensure that your app is running and accessible using HTTPs.

At the same time, you can also search PowerApps directly in Teams and create a Canvas App for your team directly.

Hi Cristian Perez, if you want your app to be available for all the users in your organization, please refer below document which explains how to share a PowerApp within organization.
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/canvas-apps/share-app

Additionally, If you're a tenant administrator, you can go one step forward and pin the apps for end users in Teams.
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/teams/set-perms-and-share#optional-pin-the-app-to-the-app-bar-as-a-tenant-administrator

    Thanks,
